This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and DAIMAOU Co., Ltd. (“DAIMAOU,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) regarding your use of our Services. “Services” include our Games, websites, software, and all related content. “Game” refers to Sengoku Bushido: Ambition of Nobunaga or any other game provided under this Agreement.
By creating an account, installing, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.
Users under the age of 18 or the age of majority in their jurisdiction must obtain parental or guardian consent.
You affirm that you meet the legal age requirement and have capacity to enter this Agreement. Users below the legal age must obtain parental or guardian consent.
This Agreement applies to all Services provided by DAIMAOU. Additional rules or guidelines presented in the Game also form part of this Agreement.
We process personal data according to our Privacy Policy. Your use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the Privacy Policy.
Subscription Services may be offered in the Game. By purchasing a Subscription, you agree that subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Users must not upload illegal content, harass others, cheat, reverse-engineer the Game, or interfere with the Services.
Game announcements may be provided in-game or on official websites. We may adjust game parameters to maintain fairness and balance.
If the Game is permanently discontinued, we will provide notice through the Game or our websites. Refunds or compensation for unused virtual items will follow applicable laws and our policies.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Services. Our liability is limited to the total amount you paid for the Services in the 90 days before the claim, to the extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify DAIMAOU against claims or damages resulting from your breach of this Agreement.
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining terms remain enforceable.
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
All disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act and AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules. Users waive the right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings. Users may opt out within 30 days by sending written notice to the DAIMAOU CS Center, 7F, 1-12-4 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo 104-0061, Japan.
Any claim must be filed within one year after the claim arises.
Users may not assign rights or obligations without written consent. DAIMAOU may assign its rights at any time.
This Agreement, along with our Privacy Policy and in-game rules, constitutes the complete agreement between you and DAIMAOU.
